We now offer and sell Outpost Hat Haus 3D printed hat blocks and hat stands. Hat blocks and hat stands are sold separately. 
Please pay close attention to the sizing guide and recommendations from Outpost Hat Haus listed below when choosing your CM size hat block. In the event of an exchange due to wrong sizing, buyer/customer is responsible for paying return postage. For RETURNS, there is a 20% restock fee and buyer/customer will be responsible for paying return shipping as well. 

Prior to any exchanges and shipping, you must e-mail us at outpost.hathaus@outlook.com to arrange returns and exchanges. 

BLOCK ONLY (no stand) 
Shape is ROUND OVAL
Difference in 5” and 7” heights shown in photos. 
Holes on bottom of base are 1.2” in diameter and pair perfectly with our Hat Stand (sold separately).

🚨 SIZING: 
We suggest sizing down 1-2 sizes if purchasing to reshape your own western cowboy hats. 
ex: for a 7 3/8 (59cm) hat we recommend going with a 58cm hat block but ideally a 57cm will ensure fitment with easy maneuverability and placing/removing the block from your hat.
